Sales stayed steady with 51 closed sales from 7/1/11 through 9/30/11, featuring a median sales price of $140,000 which was 96% of the median list price. There were 28 sales pended (awaiting closing) at the end of the quarter. The housing supply is sitting right at 4 months, considered by experts to be a slight seller's market.
